Mission: The mission of New World is to nurture the development of Spanish language skills and cultural awareness while preparing children for success in kindergarten.
Goals: New World Bilingual Child Care Center provides year-round licensed, high quality, early childhood education and child care. The Center serves toddler and preschool age children 28 months to 5 years of age. The environment is bilingual with the majority of time focused on Spanish immersion in order to help children acquire Spanish language skills and cultural sensitivity. The program has three primary goals:
1) Provide continuous exposure to the Spanish language so that children learn at the time in their lives when their minds are most open to language learning – early childhood. 2) Implement meaningful and varied activities to aid in the positive development of children’s interests, education, and abilities in order to prepare them for success in kindergarten. 3) Foster a safe, nurturing, environment that allows children to be creative while learning to interact with other children and adults in a variety of cultural contexts.
Hours of Operation: The Centers operates Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:30pm
